United World Cargo has developed thorough procedures to prevent claims from occurring. In the unfortunate event of a claim, we have developed comprehensive procedures to administer claims in a timely manner to ensure costs are mitigated for all parties.

If you need to inform UWC of a claim, please contact UWC immediately either via telephone, facsimile, or email. Please download the Claim Form PDF file, complete it with as much information as possible and send to “Attention: Claims”, at fax: (604) 986-7401, toll free fax: (886) 986-7401, or email: claims@unitedworldcargo.com.

A representative from our Claims Department will be in contact shortly after receiving the information in order to assist in collecting all the pertinent claim materials.
