Product Temperature Guidelines

Claims
Unfortunately, claims are a part of doing business. United World Cargo has developed thorough procedures to prevent claims from occurring. We have also developed procedures to administer claims in a timely manner. If you need to inform UWC of a claim, please contact UWC immediately either via telephone, email, or facsimile. Someone in our Claims Department will be in contact shortly after receiving the information in order to assist in collecting all the pertinent information.
