	Carrier Relations – UWC treats our Carriers in a fair and professional manner. Every prospective Carrier undergoes a qualification process that includes evaluating insurance requirements, equipment, and references, to name a few. Once approved, UWC assists in the administration of document requirements and the management of finances. Carrier’s performance is measured on a per load basis by our in-house carrier rating system, and top rated Carriers are given priority over loads.
	Solid Financial Structure – UWC’s strong financial structure allows us to provide one of the best and fastest advance and payment terms of any transportation provider. Much of our performance is judged on how “we manage the exceptions.”
	Knowledge – The trucking industry, particularly produce, is extremely multi-dimensional.
